Zach Feinstein

Zach Feinstein is a seasoned leader in statistics and data science, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to ZDAnalytics. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Zach combines strong analytical intellect with excellent communication skills, enabling him to generate and present meaningful insights that drive action plans for clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. His insights have led to improvements in customer experience, market share, brand differentiation, and overall business advancement. Zach's competencies include advanced analytics and methodologies, data engineering, communication skills, analytic people leadership, project management, and innovation. He has extensive experience with various platforms, including DataRobot, SQL, Hadoop, DOMO, Teradata, SAS, SPSS, Python, R, Tableau, Sawtooth Software, and Excel VBA.

Zach has worked for a variety of organizations, most notably as a Senior Methodologist at Harris Interactive, where he worked alongside partner Don Meyer for over twelve years, impacting clients such as Microsoft, Bayer Medications, and Deluxe Checking. He has also worked with organizations like Elevance Health, Orgill, BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota, Lifetouch, Target Corporation, Information Solutions Group, Hall & Partners, and Nielsen/BASES, and served as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at St. Thomas University. Zach's vast experience and expertise, combined with Don Meyer's, culminate in nearly 30 years of collective knowledge in the field, from studying Choice Models at MIT to creating Conjoint Simulators for clients. Together, they strive to make ZDAnalytics' offerings easy, fun, and accessible to benefit their clients.

Don Meyer

Don Meyer is a seasoned data analytics professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in survey analytics, statistics, machine learning, and AI. His expertise was cultivated during his tenure at Total Research and Harris Interactive, where he developed a strong foundation in programming and a deep knowledge of Discrete Choice and Bayesian methods. Proficient in Python, R, SAS, and sci-kit learn packages, Meyer's technical prowess is further highlighted by his previous employment at NASA, showcasing his diverse skill set and adaptability.

Meyer's keen interest in trade-off analyses, including discrete choice modeling, demonstrates his commitment to delivering actionable insights grounded in robust statistical methodologies. His extensive experience includes analytical work with major automotive manufacturers such as Ford, Volkswagen, and Honda, as well as projects for pharmaceutical companies like Novo Nordisk and Johnson and Johnson. Additionally, he has contributed to major projects for McDonald's and Hewlett Packard, including Ecommerce analysis for Ford and Digi-Key. With a background in both statistics and data processing, Meyer's expertise extends to practical data analysis of survey data, covering descriptive and inferential statistics, statistical programming, and segmentation analyses. Meyer's completion of the Stanford course in Graphical Probability Models underscores his dedication to continuous learning and professional development, enhancing his analytical capabilities and problem-solving acumen.
